The promoter of the Santa’s Dash competition is AXA PPP healthcare Group Limited (registered number 03148346), whose registered office is at 5 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N 1AD, (the “Promoter”). The Promoter is the service company to AXA PPP healthcare Limited, both of which are part of the AXA Group.

“AXA Group” means AXA UK Plc and its subsidiary companies, any holding company of AXA UK Plc and any subsidiary companies of such holding company, as such terms are defined in section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006.

1. To take part in the Santa’s Dash competition (the “Competition”) you must complete the Santa’s Dash game (the “Game”) on the AXA PPP healthcare website using the following URL www.axappp.co.uk/santa. You will need to provide your first and last name and email address to complete the Game and submit the entry into the Competition.

2. There will be a leaderboard displayed within the game on the AXA PPP healthcare website that can be accessed through the following URL www.axappp.co.uk/santa. It will rank the participants in order of who completed the Game in the fastest time. The top 10 scores will be displayed on a leader board.

3. There will be a total of 3 Competition winners. First place on the leader board will win the first place prize and there will also be prizes for the participants in second and third place on the leader board. The following prizes will be awarded:

• First Place - £500 Active+ vouchers

• Second Place - £350 Active+ vouchers

• Third Place - £150 Active+ vouchers

4. No purchase is necessary.

5. By taking part in the Competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6. The Competition is only open to all GB residents over the age of 18 except employees of any companies within the AXA Group or their associates, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents, appointed representatives or anyone connected or involved in the administration of the Competition. Proof of age may be required.

7. You can enter the Competition at any time between 9:00am on 12 December 2016 and 17:00pm on 3 January 2017. Entries received outside of this timeframe will not be eligible for entry into the Competition.

8. Persons who do not comply in full with these terms and conditions shall not be eligible to participate in the Competition.
